Your Information, I would like you to understand this tweeting public
relations upon what has happened regarding my car and other various
things recently with the visitors to my APARTMENT

AS OF THIS EVENING I HAVE CLARIFIED ONE MORE POSITION POINT OF REFERENCE.
As
of the VISIT from BOBBY [ Robert Gordon ] who is the REAL COUSIN of
Giovanni, I finally have a witness with the following further
evidence to whom actually took my keys out of my apartment.
Sammie is also willing to commit to in sms writing that BRIAN WAS DRIVING MY CAR.
But that is not who is SEEN taking my car out of my STALL.
So therefore the following events occurred in this space.
Bryan Hull [ I do believe I have his last name correct and spelling of his first name ]
Byan during these events was the primary instigator to the deceptions and ultimate perpetrator of this entire situation.
Bobby
tells me that he VERY SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSED and DISPLAYED IN FULL VIEW
MY VERY UNIQUE SET OF KEYS which had a very long elastic band in his
hands as he departed from my space to be ultimately the driver of my car
for which I did not know he was driving it.
If Bryan
wanted to actually borrow my car, it may have been possible since I
do have ALTERNATIVE DRIVER COVERAGE with my INSURANCE assuming he has a
valid driver's lience. That discussion never happened.
IN
THE PREVIOUS HOURS WHEN THERE WAS FIRST DISCUSSIONS REGARDING DRIVERS
AND VEHICLES, Bryan Confessed that he did not know how to DRIVE A MANUAL
STICK SHIFT.
If that had not been a part of
som---ing that I did in fact over hear, which was a discussion actually
between him and CURTIS [ now arrested ] for the events following between
him and JOSHUA.
So it was my impression at the time
BRYAN left the time he actually did get into my vehicle and drive it, it
was parked in the LOT NORTH of the GRASSY GARDEN AREA between the
Washington Street and the Alley Way.
At the time, Sammie did not actually recognize it to be my car.
But
that that both him and Bryan left my apartment to then proceed to get
into my actual car. Since my car is a very basic STOCK NO FRILLS
2003 SILVER HONDA CIVIC LX.... I can actually undetstand this
point.
So, as first confessed by Sammie on the NIGHT OF
FRIDAY the 15th of JAN when both Sammie and Bobby left by taxi from my
space here..... that Bryan was seen driving my car.. At the
point to which CONSENT was NEVER given to BRYAN to drive my car OR
ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.
Not that it could not
have been possible, but there is a very unique consideration that the
FRONT PASSENGER AIR BAG is STILL UNDER RECALL and not PERFORMED ON MY
CAR to which, if you know the SERIOUSNESS of such RECALLED DEFECTIVE
AIRBAG HISTORY, CAN ACTUALLY CAUSE A FATALITY IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH
AND A PERSON OCCUPYING THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT SEAT. I Would have
told anyone who may have had CONSENT to DRIVE IT that fact and NO
PASSENGERS SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO BE UP FRONT especially if the car
would be driven at higher speeds such as on the freeway.
SO...
THIS WAS NEVER A CONSENSUAL OR CONTRACTUAL BORROW OF MY CAR even though
in the recording I ATTEMPTED TO REMEDY it before having to report it as
a STOLEN VEHICLE.
The fact that BRYAN
apparently had another person who is the person seen on the video taking
my car out of it's stall.... who I DO NOT really RECOGNIZE. I
only guessed that it was ARVEL KINDELL based on his HEIGHT and body
size. But It wasn't based on the full hisotry of ARVELL's
GUEST and FRIENDSHIPS between us.

my car was BEING DRIVEN the day of RECOVERY --- DRIVING A STOLEN VEHICLE
furhtermore to which the following things are TRUE of my current car's
condtiion.
#1 --- THE RADIO HAS BEEN
REMOVED. In order for the persons to remove the radio from
the dash. it is apparent that certain cosmetic changes have taken
place in my car. They must have had to fully remove the
front console to gain access to remove the radio fully wired in-tact
without cutting and then of course having to RESPLICE WIRING.
In
the haste to replace the parts that were removed in this process, the
parts that are currently installed are not the orginal parts that were
present BEFORE the THEFT of my car.
I take it from
this point of reference, that CARS PARTS are not generally just open to
be replaced and the place that such a event of removal must have been
somewhere where these interchange of parts was CREATED by HASTE --- a
place what can be described as a "CHOP SHOP".
The
console features of what USED TO BE INSTALLED is even more BASIC and
there is a MISMATCHED COLOR of the piece installed under the STEERING
WHEEL that was not present.
IT WOULD BE PRUDENT that
the fact of this be given FULLY ATTENTABLE TO THE DETECTIVES of the
DENVER POLICE DEPARTMENT for in this is true, it is more than just LUCK
that I actually got my car out back into the streets to be then pulled
over.
BUT
AS WHAT IS SHOWED BY THE POLICE EVENDENCE OF ARVELL'S CASE.....
WHO IS REPRESENTING TRUTHS?

other's who invite people here against both my knowledge and freedom to
control such persons from entry and departures to the final days which
at the time, I ACTUALLY IN MY OWN PAIN OF SUFFERANCE had been directly
when this first was onset was in bed for a period of STRAIGHT 7 days
with what I thought was just a NECK STRAIN. But it apparently is
much more severe of a problem of a PINCHED NERVE in my neck effecting
me.
So that was TRUE which at the time, I BASICALLY HAD NO
OTHER GUESTS HERE BUT SAMMIE and his COUSIN and ARVELL WHERE HE COULD
FIT to stay out of 5 degrees overnight.
SO WHEN
ALL IN THE END COLLAPSES DUE TO WHAT MUST BE OBVIOUS FROM THE POINT OF
VIEW NOW MORE THAN 8 DAYS FUTURE OF THESE EVENTS I have one more
confirming witness BOBBY telling me that BRYAN had my keys UNIQUE to the
VISUAL IDENTITY even though I did not see him myself with them.
No
matter is the DENVER PD will be able to follow up with these details or
whether the detective collected the SURVEILLANCE VIDEO as was his
statements made of his agenda for MONDAY.... I have no confirmation of
the interactions between you and him for which truly I have a
non-custodial role on devleriy of such evidence anyway.
You
have not understood the other pieces of this puzzle, for which I am not
sure I truely yet understand the full attack to have my wallet also
removed from my space and residence.
But it starts
with CONFLICTING STORIES THAT I NOW HAVE CAPTURED THE TEXT CONVERSATIONS

been left alone. But if I had direct knowledge of habit of where I put
my keys when they are not out, I usually put them into my chest of
drawers in my bedroom. Usually in what I call my catch all junk drawer
which is the top most wide from end to end drawer. Sometimes I will
place it in the drawer above. No one was given permission to take my
keys. No one was given permission to drive my car. That is the statement
I put on the police report yesterday. Which is the truth.
